I am writing to inform you that Perth Disc Golf Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 6pm on Thursday 6th February 2020 at the Osborne Community Centre Meeting Room at 11 Royal Street Tuart Hill https://www.stirling.wa.gov.au/leisure-and-culture/venues-and-facilities/stirling-community-centres-osborne/meeting-room

I am calling for nominations for the positions of:
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• General Committee Member

According to our club rule 32 (download here: https://www.perthdiscgolf.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/PDGC_constitution_30May2019.pdf)

(2) A member who wishes to be considered for election to the committee at the annual general meeting must nominate for election by sending written notice of the nomination to the secretary at least 28 days before the annual general meeting.

(3) The written notice must include a statement by another member in support of the nomination.
